2x cash back offer on Rogers purchases
The 2x cash back offer is available to customers who subscribe to the 5G Infinite Ultimate plan, or the 5G Infinite Ultimate VIP plan between April 15 and September 30, 2025 (Offer Period). You must be a Rogers Red Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite Mastercard cardholder (Eligible Card) to qualify. If you are not an existing cardholder, you must apply for one of the Eligible Cards within the Offer Period.
No, to qualify for the 2x cash back offer, you must switch to an Eligible Card (Rogers Red Mastercard or Rogers Red World Elite Mastercard) by calling the number on the back of your current Rogers Bank credit card.
The 2x cash back offer applies only to eligible Rogers purchases made with your eligible card (total of 4% cash back). You will earn your regular cash back (2%) on all other eligible Canadian dollars purchases.
Eligible Rogers purchases are purchases from Rogers, Fido or Shaw at participating Rogers or Fido branded retail locations, online or via Customer Care (phone agent), and include bill payments, new phones, and accessories.

The additional 2% cash back you earn on eligible Rogers purchases, on top of the regular 2% cash back earned (total 4%), will be applied as an adjustment to your Rewards account and may take up to 2 months to post.
Once the adjustment has been applied to your Rewards account, you will see it listed as ‘Rewards adjustments’ in the Earned Rewards History section of the Rewards tab in the Rogers Bank app. See below for reference.
If you cancel your Rogers 5G Infinite Ultimate or Rogers 5G Infinite Ultimate VIP plan, you will no longer be eligible for the 2x cash back offer.
If the Rogers 5G Infinite Ultimate or Rogers 5G Infinite Ultimate VIP plan was your only Eligible Service (as defined in the Benefits Guide), then your cash back earn rate for all eligible purchases in Canadian dollars will also change. There is no limit to the cash back rewards you can earn each year.

As a Rogers customer, you will get 1.5x more cash back every time you redeem your cash back rewards on eligible Rogers, Fido or Shaw purchases (like your monthly Rogers bill or phone and accessory purchases).For example, if you’ve accumulated $100 in cash back rewards, you can redeem your cash back towards a $150 Rogers purchase. If you were to apply that same $100 in cash back rewards towards a non-Rogers purchase, you would only see a credit of $100 against that transaction.
