To cancel your Rogers Bank Mastercard® account call 1 855 775-2265.

Call 1 855 775-2265 as soon as you discover your card is missing. 

Call 1 855 775-2265 and report it immediately if you notice anything suspicious.

Rogers Bank cardholders can only delete the digital profile associated with their Rogers Bank account by signing in to the Rogers Bank app and following these steps:

  1. Tap More, then Edit Profile.
  2. Select Delete Digital Profile and follow the prompts to complete your request.

Before you complete your request, please consider the following:

  • You must Sign in to your online account and turn paper statements on before deleting your digital profile.
  • Deleting your digital profile will not cancel your Rogers Bank credit card account.
  • You will no longer receive e-statement notifications via email.
  • You will no longer have the ability to set and modify account alerts, redeem selected rewards, access and view account activity, lock/unlock your cards and communicate with the Rogers Bank team via secure messaging.

You won’t be able to cancel this request once it is submitted. We’ll email you within 30 days to confirm that your request was completed.
