The Rogers Bank app supports Apple (iOS) and Android on your smartphone.

For your convenience, Rogers Bank Mastercard users can sign in to the Rogers Bank app using your current online banking credentials. Your existing account information and cash back rewards will be available when you sign in.

If any content within the Rogers Bank app appears to be missing, try one of these potential solutions:

  • Sign out of the Rogers Bank app, then sign in again.
  • Close the app entirely, then open it back up and sign in.
  • Restart your phone, then sign back in to the Rogers Bank app.
  • Uninstall the Rogers Bank app, then reinstall it and attempt to sign in.

If your most recent transaction isn’t showing in the Transactions tab of your Account page, ensure that you have not applied any filters to the transaction feed by tapping Filter on the right side of the screen. Next, tap Reset in the top-left corner of your screen.

If the issue persists, try one of these potential solutions:

  • Sign out of the Rogers Bank app, then sign in again.
  • Close the app entirely, then open it back up and sign in.
  • Restart your phone, then sign back in to the Rogers Bank app.
  • You may need to update the Rogers Bank app. Uninstall the app, then reinstall it and attempt to sign in.
  • A recent transaction may not be available for rewards redemption if it is still listed as pending. You can verify this by navigating to the Account page and tapping the Transactions tab.

    Please note that only eligible purchases will be displayed in the Redeem tab. Your purchase may not be eligible if it does not meet requirements, or was made more than 90 days ago.

    If you’re being asked to change your minimum amount, you may have accidentally set a minimum amount that is higher than the purchase amount you’re attempting to redeem. To fix this, update your minimum redemption amount in the Settings tab of the Rewards page, ensuring your new minimum amount is lower than or equal to the desired rewards amount. After updating your settings, the redemption should complete successfully.

    To update your password within the Rogers Bank app:

    1. Tap More in the bottom-right of your screen.
    2. Tap Edit Profile.
    3. Tap Password to change your current password.

    To download the Rogers Bank app, you should:

    • Have the latest version of your device’s operating system.
    • Be connected to cellular data or WI-FI.

    If you have an issue setting up biometrics on the Rogers Bank app, please ensure that Touch ID or Face ID for iOS, or fingerprint or facial recognition for Android, is enabled on your device.

    When biometric sign-in is enabled on your device, you can set it up on the Rogers Bank app:

    1. On the sign-in page, toggle the Remember my username button ‘on.’
    2. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

    To add or remove biometric information:

    1. Sign in to the Rogers Bank app
    2. Tap More on the navigation menu
    3. Toggle the button next to Touch ID/ Face ID or Fingerprint/Facial recognition Settings to the ‘on’ position.
    4. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

    Note: If you share your device, do not use biometrics to sign in. Please refer to the Biometrics Terms and Conditions for terms of use.
