If you leave your purchase minimum set at $20 you will redeem on qualifying transactions as long as those transactions are over $20 and you have more than $20 in cash back rewards to redeem. You will redeem either the full amount of the transaction or all the cash back rewards you have, whichever is the lower amount. This will show as a credit on your Rogers Bank Mastercard® statement.

If you want to redeem your cash back rewards via the online banking portal for the next transaction only, select the Next Only button.

When you select this option, any qualifying transactions, greater than $20, will trigger a redemption1. That includes:

  • Any Rogers™ products and services.
  • Gas, groceries, restaurants and other everyday purchases.
  • Flights, gifts, home improvements or other big ticket purchases – and more!

Click the Apply button to complete the transaction.

The option to redeem for 'All Eligible' purchases was turned off to provide you with greater control over your cash back rewards. For the best redemption experience, download the Mastercard® Pay with Rewards™ app in the App store or Google Play to redeem any eligible purchase within 90 days of making your purchase.

To maximize your earn on cash back rewards, set up your Rogers Bank Mastercard® to pre-authorize your payments on your monthly bill. You can use your credit card to pay for any bills that accept credit card payments, including your phone, cable or Internet bill! See below to learn how to set up your preauthorized payment on your Rogers `Fido or chatr  bill:

Rogers:

  1. Sign in to your 'MyRogers' account here using your 'MyRogers' username and password. 
  2. Under 'Billing and Payments', go to 'Change Payment Method' and select 'Pre-authorized Credit Card'.
  3. Enter your Rogers Bank Mastercard card details. It will take up to 2 business days to update your method of payment.

Fido:

  1. (in to your Fido My Account here using your 'My Account' username and password.
  2. Under "Billing and Payments", go to "Change Payment Method" and select 'Pre-authorized Credit Card'.
  3. Enter your Rogers Bank Mastercard details. It will take up to 2 business days to update your method of payment.

chatr:

Sign in to My chatr account here to set up 'Auto-Pay'. 

You do not earn cash back rewards on cash advances, balance transfers, fees, interest, returns or payments.

There is no limit to how much you can earn.

To view how much you earned on a transaction download the 'Pay with Rewards' app or 'Sign In' to your online bank account. After signing in, on the ‘My Account’ page, click the next arrow icon within the ‘View and redeem cash back rewards’ box.

Redeem your cash back rewards on any purchase you make on your Rogers Bank Mastercard®, anywhere Mastercard is accepted1:

  • Any Rogers products and services.
  • Gas, groceries, restaurants and other everyday purchases.
  • Flights, gifts, home improvements or other big ticket purchases – and more!

Once you’ve earned a minimum of $20 in cash back rewards, you can start redeeming towards any eligible purchase – whenever, and wherever you want.

$20 is the minimum amount that can be redeemed.

No, there is no maximum amount. You can redeem either the full amount of a transaction or all the cash back rewards you have in your account or whichever is less.

You can redeem your cash back rewards for single game tickets or for Season Tickets and Flex Packs for any home game.

For single game tickets:

  • Purchase your Toronto Blue Jays™ tickets at Rogers Centre™ box office, online at bluejays.com, or over the phone at 416-341-1234 (Ticketmaster).
  • You cannot use the Rogers Bank app or website to redeem cash back rewards for this purchase.
  • Instead, once your purchase has posted on your credit card account (usually 1-2 days), call Rogers Bank at 1 855 775-2265 and request a manual redemption of your cash back rewards towards this purchase.

For Flex Packs, Season Tickets and Group Tickets:

Mobile App (Recommended)

  • Purchase your ticket packs directly from the Toronto Blue Jays™ by calling 1 888 654-6529. Then, once the purchase has posted (1-2 days), sign in to your Rogers Bank app and tap Rewards. Scroll down to find the eligible Toronto Blue Jays transaction and then tap on it to redeem your rewards.

Online

  • Sign in to your Rogers Bank account and click the Cash Back Rewards box.

Click ‘Redeem Rewards’ in the left menu, enable “Next Only”. This option will redeem your next transaction. Next, make your ticket purchase by calling 1 888 654-6529.

No, they do not expire as long as your account is active and is in good standing.

You will see your earned rewards as soon as the next business day; however, for online purchases you may see a delay until the item is shipped and the transaction is posted on your account.

If you return a purchase that was associated with a cash back rewards redemption, the redemption will not be reversed. However, you will see a reversal for the cash back rewards that were earned on that purchase.

For example:

You made a purchase at a Rogers store with your Rogers Bank Mastercard® for $100 and you redeemed $20 in cash back rewards towards your purchase.  If you return your purchase of $100 the $20 in cash back rewards that was redeemed will remain on your Mastercard® account as a credit. 

Your earned cash back reward will be adjusted.

Rogers Bank App

In the Rogers Bank app, you can view your cash back reward balance in two places:

  1. In the Rewards Circle at the top of the Home page, immediately after signing in.
  2. At the top of the Rewards page, accessed by tapping Rewards at the bottom of your screen.

Online

  1. Sign in to your Rogers Bank account and click the Cash Back Rewards box.

Yes, all cards on the account earn cash back rewards that will 'roll-up' to the primary account holder. The primary cardholder can choose to have cash back rewards credited to his or her own Mastercard® or to any authorized user.

The primary cardholder can choose to have cash back rewards credited to his or her own Mastercard® or to any authorized user. The primary cardholder can enable the ‘Next Only’ redemption type to automatically redeem authorized user transactions.

As the primary cardholder, you can redeem cash back rewards on any transaction you choose for yourself. To redeem your cash back rewards on supplementary card/authorized user transactions update their reward settings, in online banking or the Pay with Rewards app.

As we continue to expand the Rogers Bank app to include new features and benefits, the Pay with Rewards app is temporarily available to redeem transactions for your convenience.  Please note: When the Pay with Rewards app will be decommissioned, we will send you an email.

Select an option below for more information:

Online Banking

Only the Primary Cardholder (the person that applied for the card) can access online banking.

  1. Sign in or register here.
  2. Click the Cash Back Rewards box.
  3. Select a supplementary card from Manage Settings for Account.
  4. Select Redeem Rewards from the menu on the left of the page.
  5. Then click the Next Only button. Only the next transaction made by the authorized user will be redeemed. The option will be greyed out once selected.
  6. Click Apply.

Note: if more than one card has the Next Only settings enabled, then the first authorized transaction will redeem your cash back rewards.

Pay with Rewards app

Only the Primary Cardholder (the person that applied for the card) can access the Pay with Rewards app.

  1. Search for and download the Pay with Rewards app in the App Store or Google Play, then Sign In or create a new account with your Rogers Bank Mastercard.
  2. To add supplementary cards to your rewards account, tap the credit card icon on the top right of the page.
  3. Tap Add new Card to manually enter the card number or scan the card.
  4. Swipe left/right to select the card you would like to redeem your cash back rewards, then tap Redeem.  Apply your cash back rewards on purchases made in the past 90 days.
  5. Eligible purchases will be in ‘Yellow’, select the one you want to redeem, and then tap Redeem to complete your request. Tap 'X' to close the message if you do not want to redeem.
  6. Click ‘Apply’.

  Purchases in yellow are eligible for redemption

  Purchases in green have already been redeemed

  Purchases in red are ineligible for redemption

If you want to view completed redemptions:

You can view completed redemptions when you sign in to the Rogers Bank app, online banking or the Pay with Rewards app on the next business day or when it posts to your account, which can take up to 7 days.

Online Banking

  1. Scroll down to view Current Transactions or click View All Transactions to filter the previous 12 months. 

Or

  1. Click the Cash Back Rewards box.
  2. Click Rewards Summary on the menu located on the left of the page.
  3. Select the Account Number from the drop list.
  4. Click ‘+’ beside Accumulation Details or Reward Redemptions.

Rogers Bank app

Tap Account > Activity to view the last 30 days or filter up to 12 months.

Pay with Rewards app

  1. Swipe left/right and select the card where you redeemed your cash back rewards.
  2. Tap Redeem > view the last 90 days of transactions.

You can locate your welcome bonus within your online bank account:

  1. 'Sign in', here. Enter your Username and Password and click ‘SIGN IN’.
  2. After signing in, on the ‘My Account’ page, click the next arrow icon within the ‘View and redeem cash back rewards’ box.
  3. Select ‘Rewards Summary’ on the left of the page.
  4. Click the + sign within the ‘Bonus/Adjustment History’ field. Details of your welcome bonus will be located here.

Your welcome bonus will be displayed when you make your first card purchase within 3 months of receiving your card.2
