Set up pre-authorized payments

Why set up pre-authorized payments?

Pay your Rogers, Shaw, Fido or chatr bill as a pre-authorized payment on your Rogers Bank credit card, and your cash back will add up automatically.

Setup your Rogers Automatic Payments:

  1. Sign in to your MyRogers using your MyRogers username and password
  2. Under "Billing and Payments", go to "Change Payment Method" and select Pre-authorized Credit Card
  3. Enter your Rogers Mastercard card details. It will take up to 1 business day to update your method of payment.

Setup your Fido Automatic Payments:

  1. Sign in to your Fido account using your username and password.
  2. Under "Billing and Payments", go to "Change Payment Method" and select Pre authorized Credit Card.
  3. Enter your Fido Mastercard card details. It will take up to 1 business day to update your method of payment.

Set up your chatr Auto-pay:

  1. Sign in to your chatr account to enroll in Autopay.
  2. Go to ‘Manage your chatr payments’.
  3. Select Enroll in Auto-pay to top-up your chatr account easily online.
