How to change your statement preference from paper to paperless


  1. Sign in to the Rogers Bank app

  2. Tap More

  3. Tap Profile.

  4. Tap Statement Preference.

  5. Tap the toggle to turn off paper statements.

  6. Tap Update to save your preferences.

Note: You can only turn paper statements back on through web.
