Manage statement preference

E-statements are more secure than paper statements delivered through the mail. They can’t be stolen, delivered to the wrong house or taken from your trash.

Plus, your Rogers Bank online account gives you access to all the information your paper statement provides—24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

  • Instant notification – By registering for the Rogers Bank app or online banking, you will receive an email reminder each month when your statement is available

How to change your statement preference from paper to paperless

  1. Download the Rogers Bank app for iOS or Android here:

  2. Sign in with your existing online banking credentials or register your Rogers Bank Mastercard® to the Rogers Bank app on your smartphone.
  3. Tap More at the bottom-right of your screen.
  4. Tap Edit Profile.
  5. Tap Statement Preference.
  6. Tap the Paper Statement toggle switch to turn off paper statements.
  7. Tap Update to save your preferences.

Note: that if you turn paper statements off, you can only opt back into receiving paper statements in your online bank account.

  1. Sign in or register here.
  2. Click the three horizontal stacks on the top-left of the page, to open the slide out menu. Click ‘View Profile’.
  3. Click the Paper Statement box in the middle of the page.
  4. Click the pencil icon to edit your option to receive statements electronically or in the mail.

Note: if you Turn ON paper statements, you will receive an email reminder each month when your statement is available
