Frequently Asked Questions about Rewards
Rogers Bank app:
Tap Account, then tap the Transactions tab to view the previous 30 days of transactions. In this view, you can toggle filters to view up to 12 months of transactions. Filtering by cardholder name is only available via the Rogers Bank website.
To view up to the previous 24 months of transactions, tap Account, then Statements.
Online Banking:
Sign in and scroll down to Current Transactions to view the last 30 days of transactions, or click Transaction History to filter transactions from the previous 12 months. You can also filter transactions by cardholder name for primary and supplementary cards.
To view up to the previous 24 months of transactions, go to I want to… and select View Statements.
You can view your earned cash back rewards in one of two ways:

Sign in to the Rogers Bank app.
Tap Rewards
Tap Earned Rewards History
Online Banking
Sign in
Click Cash Back Rewards
Click Rewards Summary
Select monthly or year-to-date in the drop-down menu to view your rewards for that period.
You can filter by card number for primary and supplementary cards.
Click Accumulation Details to view your rewards.
Note that earned rewards are only displayed after a purchase is posted, and will not yet appear when a purchase is pending.
The balance shown reflects the combined rewards for all cards on your account.
Rogers Bank app:
In the Rogers Bank app, you can view your cash back reward balance in two places:
In the Rewards Circle at the top of the Home page, immediately after signing in.
At the top of the Rewards page, accessed by tapping Rewards at the bottom of your screen.
Online Banking:
Sign in and click Cash Back Rewards. You can view your cash back rewards within Dollar Balance. To filter by card number select Rewards Summary.
The primary cardholder (the person who applied for the card) can manually redeem cash back rewards on eligible transactions using the Rogers Bank app.
You can redeem purchases made in the last 90 days. Redemptions do not count towards minimum payment amounts. When making a purchase, you must have a rewards balance of at least $10 for that purchase to be eligible for redemption. Any purchases made when your rewards balance is less than $10 are not eligible for redemption, even after your balance reaches the $10 minimum. Once you’ve earned a minimum of $10 in cash back rewards, you can begin redeeming towards all your everyday purchases over $10.
Rogers Bank app:
Sign in with your existing online banking credentials or register your Rogers Bank credit card to the Rogers Bank app on your smartphone.
Tap Rewards on the navigation menu, or tap the Rewards Circle on the home screen.
Using the drop-down menu, select the card for which you’d like to redeem rewards. Eligible purchases made by the card user will be displayed.
Tap the purchase to which you’d like to apply your cash back rewards.
Confirm the redemption by tapping Redeem.
Rogers Bank app:
Sign in with your existing online banking credentials or register your Rogers Bank credit card to the Rogers Bank app on your smartphone.
Tap Rewards on the navigation menu, or tap the Rewards Circle on the home screen.
Tap Settings.
Using the drop-down menu, select the card for which you wish to change the settings.
Below the Select Redemption Type section, tap the radio button next to Automated.
Note: Only the next transaction made will be redeemed.
Online Banking:
Sign in and click Cash Back Rewards, then Redeem Rewards. If you do not have supplementary cards, please proceed to step 3.
If you have supplementary cards, select Manage Settings for Account and your card number.
Enable the Next Only option.
Applicable if Account is in good standing. Non-eligible purchases include: (i) Cash Advances; (ii) Cash-Like Transactions; (iii) Balance Transfers; (iv) interest; (v) Account payments; (vi) insurance and other premiums; (vii) Fees and (viii) purchases of goods or services made with merchants categorized as offering goods or services that are non-discountable or excluded by law, or purchases of goods or services prohibited by the laws of Canada or any other country where any Card is used or where the goods or services are provided. The list of exclusions to an Eligible Purchase is subject to change. Cash back rewards earned based on purchase price only (excluding any associated transaction fees). Transactions billed in Canadian currency. Foreign currency transactions are converted to Canadian dollars at the Mastercard International rate in effect on or after the date of the transaction and no later than the date the transaction is posted to your Account. The rate applied to debits (such as purchases) will be different than the rate applied to credits (such as returns) (rates established by Mastercard International and subject to change from time to time).
Minimum purchase and redemption amount of $10. Cash back rewards apply up to lesser of purchase amount or rewards balance. Some exceptions apply, including cash advances and cash equivalents.
